PAYMENTS

Refund Policy

Rules for support contributions and digital in-game benefits.

Last updated: 8 September 2026

1. Voluntary refunds

Because the offered rewards are digital and may be delivered immediately, completed payments are generally not voluntarily refundable. We do not normally issue refunds because a user no longer wants a benefit, stops playing, is sanctioned for a rule violation, or fails to use the benefit. This does not exclude any mandatory right of withdrawal, warranty claim, refund for non-delivery, duplicate charge or other statutory remedy.

2. Delivery problems and billing errors

If a described benefit was not delivered, was materially defective, or you believe a payment was duplicated or unauthorised, contact us promptly at ballsdeepcommunity@gmail.com with the transaction reference, account/player name and product. We will investigate and, where appropriate, re-deliver, correct or refund the transaction.

3. Statutory right of withdrawal

If you are an EU consumer, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, that right may expire once performance begins only after your prior express consent, your acknowledgement that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal, and the required contractual confirmation. If those conditions are not met, the statutory right is not excluded.

To withdraw, send a clear statement before the deadline to Maurice Unterhofer, c/o POSTFLEX PFX-569-184, Emsdettener Straße 10, 48268 Greven, Germany, or ballsdeepcommunity@gmail.com.

4. Model withdrawal form

To: Maurice Unterhofer, c/o POSTFLEX PFX-569-184, Emsdettener Straße 10, 48268 Greven, Germany; ballsdeepcommunity@gmail.com I/We hereby give notice that I/We withdraw from my/our contract for the following digital benefit: Ordered on / received on: Name of consumer(s): Address of consumer(s): Date: Signature (only if sent on paper):

5. Payment provider disputes

Please contact us first so we can resolve delivery or billing issues. Using Tip4Serv or a payment provider does not reduce your statutory rights, and their own dispute procedures may also apply.
